INTRODUCTION COURSE TO TASTING
We will discover the origin of our wine culture: the vineyard. We will show you the work of the vineyard that varies depending on the season: pruning, espergura, sampling, harvesting,... Under a grove of great environmental value we will serve a Riojan aperitif and return to the winery for a guided tour and lunch at the Mozárabe Dining Room, a unique space in the heart of the underground cellars.
COMPREHENSIVE TASTING WITH THE WINEMAKER
An in-depth tour of different spaces of the winery with the help of our winemaker, tasting wines directly from the tank in the production warehouses and others in the middle of the aging process in the barrels in the cellars, to finish in our bottle rack of large reserves.
